Our Service creates recommendations for flights, hotels, golf courses, dining, and local experiences based on your preferences. We provide booking links and suggestions but do not directly book or guarantee availability of any third-party services referenced in your itinerary.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our Service offers itinerary plans at the following price points: Weekend Getaway ($29), Grand Tour ($59), and Ultimate Experience ($99). All prices are in U.S. dollars and are charged as one-time payments per itinerary plan. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method.
Prices are subject to change at our discretion. Any price changes will not affect plans already purchased. Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their own terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Because our Service delivers a digital product generated specifically for you, all sales are generally final. However, if your itinerary was not delivered due to a technical error on our part, or if the generated content is substantially incomplete, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at [email protected]. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Certain plans include complimentary revisions: the Grand Tour plan includes 1 free revision, and the Ultimate Experience plan includes 3 free revisions. A revision consists of modifications to your existing itinerary based on updated preferences. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be available for an additional fee.
Itineraries are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended as planning aids and recommendations only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information — including flight schedules, hotel availability, tee time availability, pricing, or venue details — is current or error-free. You are responsible for independently verifying all bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements before and during your trip.
Our itineraries may contain links to third-party websites and services, including airlines, hotels, golf courses, and restaurants. These links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party providers are governed by their respective terms and policies.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the design and arrangement thereof — are owned by Traveling Tee Times and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use your purchased itinerary for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service content without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Traveling Tee Times shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in itinerary content; (c) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information; or (d) any third-party services or bookings referenced in your itinerary. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific itinerary plan giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Traveling Tee Times and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, providing additional notice (such as via email or a prominent notice on the Service). Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
